When you choose "share room," it will not automatically cut the payment in half.

However, it notifies our office that we will be expecting 2 separate payments for your order.

In addition, 2 different customers information will need to be entered for the reservation, so we will be able to notify both parties to any changes on the reservation.

Once you make your reservation, please pay your 1/2 of the tour and your travel companion will be notified that they also need to make their payment.

1. There will be no need for a car rental, as your days will be filled with sightseeing activities while on tour. The bus will provide all transportation between cities and locations.

2. There is nothing that is required for you to bring with you for the tour. However, many guests bring music, books, beverages, etc, depending on what they would like during the trip.

3. On the days that you stay at the same hotels more than one night, you will be able to leave your belongings in the hotel room. However, for most days, your belongings will be brought with you while on tour. The bus is equipped with a storage area for larger luggage, and each guest is allowed one carry-on during the tour.

4. Meal stops are arranged by the tour guide. You will have the option to purchase food at these stops. However, passengers are responsible for purchasing their own meals while on tour.

5. This tour offers complimentary pickup and drop-off service at LAX. Pickup is available on the first day of the tour. The tour guide will drop you off at LAX at the end of the tour.

If you wish you to fly out of LAX airport on the same day, please book a US domestic flight after 9:30 p.m. and international flight after 10:30 p.m.. We can assist you in reservation of a room at a hotel near LAX. You may request for a free hotel shuttle service to reach LAX the following morning.

Yes, the pick up location for this tour will be at the airport.

On the first day of the tour, you can either give us a meeting time at the airport and we will set up your pick up or you can self transfer to the first nights hotel accommodation.

It will not be difficult to find us at the airport, there are signs and workers every where that can assist you with finding the pick up location.

We can also provide you with Emergency telephone numbers and tour guide number so you will not have difficulty joining in on the tour.

Hi Keri:

1. We do not recommend you book your flight times before 9:30PM.

If your flight departs before 9:30pm you might miss your flight, we can not guarantee that you will reach

the airport in time to make a flight before 9:30pm.

If you can not find a flight after 9:30pm we recommend you book a hotel extension for that night
